Probably feeling a little beat up from the longer workout. So, let’s do some volume in a short time period.
Tabata style with:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Move from one exercise to the next. Keep track of total number performed of each. Yeah that’s going to take some chalk.
Then, 150 situps for time. Every time you stop this will result in a 100yard penalty; tallied and performed at the end.
