30 Dynamic Pushups on 45lbs plate
20 Russian twists with 45lbs plate
10 Handstand Pushups
20 Russian Twists
30 Dynamic Pushups
40 Weighted Situps
50 Wallballs

This is Jama. Killer time BD! Rich n Trina snuck up with Trina at 15:08ish and Rich I believe under 16 as well. By the way pushups should no longer be an exercise.

17:39-4 months ago would not of had this time and everything would have been modified.
19:29– huffing and puffing on those wall balls.
Then I ate a double cheeseburger for time.
