10 Clean and Jerk 145/105
10 Clean and Jerk 155/115

Then Rest 5 minutes,

In 3 minutes see how many rope climbs, muscle ups, or scale of the two exercises you can get. Post exercise or variation and reps.

And last run 800m/ half mile
