Nothing too scary for Halloween. However everyday is a chance to Trick or Treat. Hit a benchmark WOD or two:
Perform Karen;
150 wall balls for time 20/14
Rest 5 minutes,
Perform Elizabeth:
21-15-9 of 135/95lbs clean and ring dips
However on the Elizabeth WOD, I would like it to go fast. So hang cleans at lighter weight 115/75. And stationary or weighted bench dips. Burn this one out. Unbroken for entire WOD.
