1 Min Max Reps Burpees

Then, for volume work, if partners are available, peform Chest to Bar pullups. Max Reps in 7 minutes. Conversational pace. Do not go to absolute failure on any of your sets. Ex: Partner A does 5, then Partner B does 5. Rest until you can do 3-5 more.

    That was pretty fun. 24 burpees and finished with an almost 50″ box jump.

    teresa wod 1 made it through the 15’s and wod 2 made it two rounds with 15 burpees. Rxd

    Sterling wod 1 made it through 15’s and wod 2 made it 1 1/2 rounds with 13 burpees

    mike wod 1 made it through 9’s with some laterals, wod 2 made it 2 rounds with 24 burpees
