Practice skill of overhead squats. You have 15min to work and get better. Reps and weight are up to how you feel. Use a broomstick, PVC, small child. Push the bar against the rack or door wall. Stand on one leg. Up to you.

WOD- 12min AMRAP of:

5 Turkish Getups 55/35
1-50yd backward tire pull

On Getups you can switch arms however and tire pulls are performed facing the tire one arm or two.
