Please check and write down your lifts. From our coaching perspective there are a lot personal records being thrown around. Some just at CrossFit 2232 and some that are from your lifetime. It is really a special thing to increase on your lifts or decrease your times. These are special skills being learned and strengths gained. Especially for those who have lifted for some time. Personal records don’t come that often.
Anyway, survival is only record for tomorrow.
