First I would like to put out a reminder/notification. There will only be one class on Wednesday at 5pm. This will be our 4th anniversary and we would love to spend part of it with our CrossFit family….just not all of it.

And of course the workout will be awesome. Then you are invited to come sweaty to church with us at Christ Fellowship for communion and more fellowship.

WOD- AMRAP 15 min:

400 meter run
12 toes to bar
21 Kettlebell Swings

    I set a goal for myself of going unbroken on the KB swings and accomplished that! I gotta get better at T2B…

    275 lbs PR on dead lift.
