First I would like to say as a coach I am blessed to come in and see continuos change in my clients. You guys/gals are stronger everyday. Keep it up!
SWOD- 4×6 Strict Press standing in the split position, majority of weight on heel of front foot with back leg for balance.
Then probably my most used and favorite WOD, “Cindy.” search our site and your notes for rounds completed. We have performed Rx’d Cindy twice previous.
WOD – 20 min AMRAP:
Acc- barbell row with underhand grip
Follow rep scheme on board for sets and reps.
