Thank you for the anniversary wishes and nice words.  You guys are great.  We did not have class yesterday so we will perform Wednesday’s WOD with a couple of changes…like performing it by yourself.

Before the WOD perform the SWOD of 12 x 3 on Deloaded Squats.
