Snow all u want I’ll be there for tomorrows WOD.

Hope you ate well and got your rest. Monday WOD is the Burgener Total:

Max Snatch
Max Clean and Jerk
Max Front Squat

You will warm up appropriately with as many sets as needed. However once you are at goal weight you will only have three max attempts for each exercise. Up to 15min each exercise.

Write and post numbers on website, phone, and refrigerator.
