Max Snatch
Max Clean and Jerk
Max Front Squat
You will warm up appropriately with as many sets as needed. However once you are at goal weight you will only have three max attempts for each exercise. Up to 15min each exercise.
Write and post numbers on website, phone, and refrigerator.

nice job Chase. Been “chasing” that 185lbs snatch. Now it’s time to get it. And you beat my 245 PR on C&J. Hats off to you sir.
still at 125 on clean and jerk, 85 on snatch, no time for front squat,
is that a clean and jerk PR and just the same for a clean? Or had you lifted 125 on c&j before? looked strong today

Snatch @ 65#, C&J @ 75# and front squat @ 95#. PR on squat and C&J.
Snatch @ 115, C&J @ 150, Front Squat @ 165, but I really didn’t have time to add more weight.
215 clean….375 clean/jerk. Also cleaned 395 but couldn’t finish my jerk… Maybe nx time.
I meant 275 clean/jerk and 295 clean…
