SWOD – power cleans 5×3 75% of max with box jumps at 1,1,1,1,1
WOD – 3-3 minute AMRAPS of:
9 power snatches @ 75#/ 9 burpees
6 power snatches @ 95/ 6 burpees
3 power snatches @ 135/ 3 burpees

Accessory:
Incline kettlebell press
Kettlebell bent arm pullover
