W.O.D. Wednesday 9-19-2012


Come in and work more on mobility.  Get the back worked out and loosened up with the reverse hyper then open the shoulders with some lacrosse ball work.

Test 1 – 225/155 Zercher Carry for distance

Test 2 – 135/95 Overhead Carry for distance

WOD – 100 burpees for time

So are you gunna show up? Crush the burpees!

    First corner of building with 185 zercher.
    Second corner of building with 135 overhead- cleaned and pressed myself.
