Tuesday SWOD – following your warm up sets progress in weight to start you 6 sets of 3 reps with Snatches from the hang. Snatches are to be performed with 2 pulls from the power position to open hips before performing the actual full repitition. This is to be done before each rep.

the barbell dips are executed as they sound. You will finish the set of squats and rack the weight. After this you must position yourself above the bar, shoulder width grip, and bust out your set of dips, ribs to barbell.
