Today we put a fun twist on an old benchmark WOD, “Cindy”. Using a kettle bell 70/55 perform:
20 min AMRAP
5 American Swings
10 pushups (alternating hands on the KB)
15 Goblet Squats

then, for volume and not time, perform pull ups as strict as possible for 10,9,8,7…,1
