W.O.D. Tuesday 9-11-2012

11 years after the fact 9-11 is still deeply etched in my memory and images are easily pulled to the front of my mind. Which is not the case for most things. To honor the victims of this great tragedy we will perform our “Never Forget” WOD. Each rep performed and meter ran will represent one victim of 9-11.

200 double unders
400 meter run
200 situps
15 cleans at 135/95
30 snatches at 95/65
20 KB swings at 70/55
100 yard bear crawl
800 meter run
23 burpees

Get your mind right and come in ready to work. Honor God and those who have fallen.
