  1. strict press 85, 155 on squat, I think I’ll have to check with Becky. I was so worn out on my WOD I didnt even look at the time. I finished after Terry.

  2. First day back in a month… It was bad!

    85lb squat, 60lb strict shoulder press.
    I did singles for the wod and thruster at 35lbs. Finished about 19:10.
