SWOD – Sumo Deadlift = 2 x 8, 2 x 6, 5 x 5…after each set of 5 complete 2/1 box jump at 75/85% of box jump max…Record and Post heights and weights

WOD – 6 rounds of 12 box jump overs / 1/2 gasser*
Rest 90 seconds between each round/ post time per round

*Gasser 2 trips at 53 yds sprint
