Attention Women of CrossFit 2232: several of you have lost a significant amount of weight and built muscle in a short period of time and are now wanting to know how you can lose more body fat. You’ve heard us say it before, it’s all in your diet! We are glad that many of you are making healthier food choices, now it’s time to turn up the heat and focus on what we are fueling our bodies with. Time to stop cheating 3-4 days a week!
