Friday WOD – per request spend today hammering away at Goats.
This can be specific lifts or bodily positions (mobility). Use today as a day to repair. However take one specific goat: ie Overhead squats, and perform a strength WOD in the rep range of 3 to 4 set of 8.
I would like to see Chase and BD perform Linda at Rx weight with no additional strength work
