W.O.D. Thursday 8-16-2012

Pool WOD- using your designated kettlebell 55/35 perform sets of 10,8,6,4,2 of one arm thrusters and one arm swings (reps with each arm) starting with and between each additional set keep kettlebell in hand and run to other side of the pool to hop out and begin next set.

As the great BD would say, “Do work son!”

Also men will be hanging by the pool for our talk n prayer at 6:30.
