Hope you all had a great weekend and are prepared to put in some work.

Monday SWOD- 4×8 Overhead Squat — the weight should be heavy enough so that you could not get any more than 10 repetitions. Make reps 7 and 8 look like the first.
Accessory work – 2 rounds of:
40 double unders/30 inverted rows/20 medball pushups
WOD – Angry Cindy 20 minute AMRAP:
5 CTB Pullups
10 burpees
15 wall balls
