Monday SWOD- Power Clean 7×1 with box jumps at 2,1,2,1,2,1,2

3rd week of box jumps lets see you raise the height a little. Be explosive.

WOD – 3 3 minute rounds with 2 minutes rest between each of:
AMRAP
Overhead walking lunge (10steps each leg) 95/65
20yd quick shuttle
Bar facing burpees (10)
