Everyone meet at Swain High track for class. 3 part WOD-

Sprint intervals – “extended tabata” 10 sec on/20 sec rest, 10/20, 20/40, 20/40, 30/60, 30/60, 45/90, 45/90….

Kettlebell toss for distance: 5 sets of 3 tosses. 35/20lbs

AMRAP in 11min:

3 stadium sprints (big steps)
25/25 pushups and flutters
3 stadium bear crawls

  1. I got around the track twice during sprints, and got one round plus one run up on the stadium.
