Death by Deadlifts @ 275/185
Perform escalating number of reps on the minute until failure to complete prescribed reps in that minute. 1,2,3,4,5….
Then, using your bar perform 3 rounds of:
7 Bar facing burpees
14 Pushups on the bar
21 Evil Wheels
