  1. 95lbs. Goat handstand push ups/ 0verhead squats

  2. Completed workout with 50lbs then max 65

  3. 185 lbs for my workout and maxed 272

  4. i also got 3 muscle ups in a row new PR

    315 max

  6. 205 FOR WOD AND 285 MAX. Strong work by everyone.

  7. 55 for the workout, 95 for my max! Then I worked on Burpees… ugh.
