95lbs. Goat handstand push ups/ 0verhead squats
Completed workout with 50lbs then max 65
185 lbs for my workout and maxed 272
i also got 3 muscle ups in a row new PR

205 FOR WOD AND 285 MAX. Strong work by everyone.
55 for the workout, 95 for my max! Then I worked on Burpees… ugh.
