  3. I have this aweful habit of telling on myself even when it’s pretty bad. 11:23 was my time and I’m not exactly sure why. I’ve done this work out before,but I didn’t put my time in. I don’t think it was that slow tho. It’s surprising that my pull-ups were so hard because I did 100 of them last week and didn’t seem to have such a hard time of it. The only thing I can think of is that I may be dehydrated from being at the Warped Tour concerts all day yesterday and not drinking much water, also I’ve had only 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon and some sweet potato fries (and no water). Hydration seems to be a theme for me lately. I’m eager to do this workout again in the near future because I believe I should have done much better.

  4. 7:13. I seem to be going down with my weights???? Last date with fran was 65 lbs and today only 45!!!! Idk.
