SWOD – Shoulder Press 5 x 5

WOD – 10 rounds of:

10 Knees to Elbows
10 Dynamic Pushups

Shoulder Presses are performed with strict form. Dynamic pushups will be performed as one pushup not two. Hands start between bumpers and chest on floor. Pushup, jumping hands to bumpers, and then walk hands back to floor for one rep.
