Giving the back a rest and hitting the front.  For your strength workout; warm up progressively until you find a good starting weight.  Start heavy and end heavier.
SWOD – Close grip Bench Press 5 x 5
WOD – 21-15-9 of:
Wallball 20/14
Abmat Situp

Accessory work – 2 x 10 of kettlebell flyes / 2 x 10 tricep extensions / 2 x 10 tricep kickbacks
