W.O.D. Thursday 7-19-2012

Come join our men’s group, Iron Will at 630 tonight to be strengthened, built up, and edified. Come rain or shine we will be sprinting today. But first;

On the minute for 10 minutes of:

5 strict pullups followed by flexed arm hang.
NEXT MINUTE
10 pushups followed by plank hold

THEN

10 rounds for time of
7 hanging snatches at 95/65
50 yard sprint
