Only was able to view the last day but WooHoo! Congrats to Rich Froning, but I’m really stoked about Matt Chan showing that the big older guys can whoop some booty too.

SWOD – Front Squats 5,5,5,3,3,3

WOD – For time:

50 Squats

20 Double Unders

40 Pushups

20 Double Unders

30 Pullups

20 Double Unders

30 Pullups

20 Double Unders

40 Pushups

20 Double Unders

50 Squats

This quick little chipper will have a 15 minute cutoff.  Perform all exercises holding a medball.  On squats hold in the front rack.  On pushups, perform medball pushups.  On pullups, hold between the legs.
