Spend the first 20 minutes of class working on banded mobility movements and rolling out with a little kettlebell and plate weight assistance. Then;

3 minutes on of Burpees
2 minutes off
3 minutes on of Inverted rows
2 minutes off
3 minutes on of Grasshoppers
2 minutes off
3 minutes on of Russian Twists

Spend remaining class time with mobility and 5 rope climbs.
