Every 2 minutes complete:
5 burpee broad jumps
As many laps or feet as possible
Burpee broad jumps are completed by performing a burpee then jumping off both feet as far as possible. No stepping forward after jumps. Drop down and continue burpees. When 5 have been completed run as far as y can for remainder of 2 min time.
No rest between. Complete 2 minute intervals until 10 laps (1 mile) has been completed.
