Walking Death by Pushups:
Take one step and then perform one pushup. Then take two steps and perform two pushups. next take three steps and perform three pushups. Continue this until absolute failure or 10 minutes whichever comes first.
Next perform an 8 minute on the minute workout:
5 strict pullups (no kipping – even with the band keep a tight hollow body)
Finish with AMRAP of double unders.
