W.O.D. Wednesday 6-20-2012

Today we will work together for the strength WOD –

Bench Press – 8 minutes

Select a weight that you can handle for roughly 8-12 reps.  Partner A will start with rep 1 and then Partner B will do rep 2.  Then it will go back to Partner A who will perform rep 3 and so on until the 8 minutes is up.

Gymnastics WOD – 5 rounds of:

10 Hollow Rocks

1o Superman Rocks

10 Weighted Pikes
