Tabata method is 8 rounds of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off. Your score for this workout is the lowest round on each exercise.

Exercises are:

Step up (24″ box and single kettlebell in opposite arm)

Swing (70/55)

Turkish Get up (55/35)

Russian Twist (35/20)

10 yard shuttle
