W.O.D. Thursday 6-21-2012

The Paleo Challenge has come to an end.  I hope that you have learned what good nutrition can do for your body and its performance.  We will take measurements and weight.  While we are measuring and weighing get yourself warm and ready for the workout to come.  You should notice an improvement in your “Helen” time.

  2. 10:29 slink. Aaron 10:30

  3. 10:05 with 35lbs / green band. Down about 30secs from May I think?

  4. Did the same setup as before, but this time 14:51. Much higher previously.
