10 wall balls / 10 toes to bar

Rest 2 min

AMRAP in 3 min of:

10 sumo deadlift high pull 135/95 / 10 dips

Rest 2 min

AMRAP in 3 min of:

10 bench press (body weight) / 10 inverted rows

Inverted rows can be performed from bench bar and feet on bench pad. This will allow for quicker rounds.
