Tire Flippin’ and Power Cleanin’
WOD – 5 rounds of:
3min Flip the tire and jump in and out of tire. Every minute stop and perform 3 burpees. One minute rest between sets. Each round will be a little different.
Power Cleans are 10 minutes of 2 cleans on the minute:
Work up to a heavy working weight. Only increase weight at the end.
