W.O.D. Monday 6-18-2012

Hope everyone had a great weekend especially our amazing fathers. However let’s get ready to WOD:

3 min grasshopper warm up.

3 sets to failure of Spartan log carry.

10 sets of 60 yard sprints with 1 min rest between sets.

7 sets of weighted pullup for max weight.

  1. Did the WOD… Substituted tire flips for the spartan carry because I was solo.

    Then did spartan carry with Evan

    Then Amy and I did our own WOD:
    30 benchpress (55-75)
    400 m run
    20 benchpress
    400 m run
    10 benchpress
    400 m run

    Today is awesome
