5 Left Arm Snatches

Left Arm tire pull 50 yards

5 Right Arm Snatches

Right Arm tire pull 50 yards

Rest one minute between rounds

 

For the tire pulls you will start facing the tire.  We are working on athleticism and not just getting from one side to the other quickly.  I want a hard pull and twist.  Your core and back should be toast at the end of this one.
