You will be honing your skills as you have performed most of these exercises throughout the week.  This is a benchmark workout and will test your endurance.  Come in ready to work.  Get warm.  Get loose.

50 Jumping Pull Ups
50 KB 1.5pd
50 Walking Lunges
50 Knee to Elbow
50 Push Press 45#
50 Good Morning 45#
50 Wall Ball 20#
50 Burpees
50 DU’s

    Had to modify due to wrist. Did 75 knees to elbows on the floor, substituted 35 lb thrusters for wall balls.

    Eating MOSTLY paleo for the last two weeks has helped me drop my weight back down and made a drastic difference in my performance physically and mentally. And getting enough sleep has been just as important! Today, I feel great

  3. DNF. Made it to Burpees when the lights went out. I have a lot of excuses, but none that count. I will crush it next time.

  4. I want to do a midnight WOD! Something crazy, like a run thru Bryson, Olympic lifts on the bridge, stuff like that…. 🙂
