Nice job yesterday on “Cindy.” I believe this was a great effort by all that participated. Let’s keep it up and get a little technical.
WOD – As many rounds and reps in 12 minutes:
3 Hang Cleans 155/105
6 Handstand Pushups
9 Toes to Post (lay on the floor, hold the post, extend straight legs as far up post as possible, repeat)
Then POWER: Max Box Jump. Feel free to stack weights on the matts if concerned for your shins)
For handstand pushups work in as upright a position as possible whether unmodified or from bench or leg on bar.

Finally made it past 20 rounds with Cindy. She let me get 21 plus 5 pullups and 5 push ups.
