Strength – Death by Bench Press

at 60% of your 1RM perform 1 bench press the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third minute, and so on until you can no longer perform all the required repetitions in that minute.  You can break these up

Stamina – 100 dips for time / variation of your choice

Stability – 100 Evil Wheels for time / also known as roll outs.   Hit it Optimus!
