Tuesday WOD – First we will start with a portion of the CrossFit for Hope workout.  Giving the hands some rest with:

Burpees

Thrusters 75/45

Box Jumps

Each exercise is performed with max reps in one minute and moving to the next with a continuously running clock.  We will perform 2 rounds with one minute rest between rounds.

Then its strength, balance, and flexibility: Snatch Balance working toward the heaviest single possible.  This exercise starts from the rack.
