Congratulations to Chase Sneed on his first muscle up Monday.  Way to not give up and keep trying.  WOD for tomorrow will be a classic benchmark.  “Cindy”

Cindy is 20 minutes for as many rounds as possible of:

5 pullups

10 pushups

15 air squats

This is one of those workouts where you have to find a groove.  Have a game plan but be ready to switch it up cause this one gets tasty! Almost cried the second time I did it! No lie. I never wanted to not do another air squat so bad.  But I’m a kitten you guys are LIONS.
