Noon WOD only. Bring yourself and some Paleo food to share.  Today we will perform “Murph.” This is a Hero WOD named for Navy Seal Lt. Michael Murphy who was killed in action.  His biography can be found here,

There is only one person who has died for you and that is Jesus, but many have given their lives for the freedoms and privileges we enjoy today.  So we will honor one such man on Memorial Day with “Murph”:

1 mile run

100 pullups

200 push ups

300 squats

1 mile run

This is for time.  Pullups, pushups, and squats can be partitioned as needed.
