Thursday 6am be ready to perform Wednesday nights WOD.

As for Thursday evening:

3 rounds of:

Deadlift
Hang Clean
Power Clean
Squat Clean
Clean and Jerk
Push Jerk

You are to complete each complex 5 times within a 2 minute window. If you are able to do this with 135/95 then you can move up accordingly through the 3 rounds.

2 min rest between rounds. Then Rack Jerk 5 x 3reps.
