W.O.D. Wednesday 4/4/2012

Wow! Fun watching you guys/gals workout yesterday.  Props to the PRs blowing up! Wednesday’s workout will start with the SWOD – Floor Presses 5 sets of 6 reps.  Set the rack to a low pin position and lie on your back for the lift.  Have a partner spot you and unrack the weight.  Lower the weight until your elbows touch the floor, contract your lats, and press up.

WOD – 21-15-9 of Pullups and Clapping pushups.

Cashout – 40 Toes to bar.
