Team BA has given some ideas for the Team WOD today. This is what we have come up with. Teams of two will perform 300 Bench Press, 200 Push press, and 100 Weighted Situps with the 45lbs bar for time. Only one partner can work on this at a time. However, as you know the other partner can’t be resting. So, the other partner will be performing burpees. You will do this until you, as a team, get 100 burpees. How does this work? Get a time for the 100 burpees and add it to the time for the intial workout. If you finish burpees before workout…u get to rest.
